Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with pharmaceutical project management experience to join our team at the Davie site. This role involves managing complex projects related to process changes, equipment qualification, automation, software/system implementation, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a global pharmaceutical company, possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timelines and critical paths are met.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple sites and functions to achieve project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure smooth project execution.
- Project Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and milestones. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to project tools, processes, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Organize and lead routine project update meetings, ensuring clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Robotics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of project management experience in a global pharmaceutical company.
- Experience managing cross-functional, multi-site teams.
- Experience in digitalization and automation of pharmaceutical processes.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (ability to present to senior leadership and create effective PowerPoint presentations with graphic content).
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and product launch/change requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to handle complex, multi-site projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards, including cGMP and SOPs
